ORDERING
PROCEDURES
1. Purchase your goods through the Heim website. You can find a selection of products on our
online store
2. Browse through the shop and click on your preferred products
3. Click "Add to Cart" to purchase the selected piece
4. You can add more items to your cart by browsing or complete the purchase by clicking
"Cart"
5. Choose your payment method: br> a. Bank Transfer: Please transfer to the account
number that we will send via e-mail. Payment should be received within 24 hours
b. Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard): This payment method is not available at the moment
6. Confirm your purchase by clicking the "Continue" button. Follow the instructions.
7. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail.
8. If you choose Bank Transfer as your payment method, please confirm payment through the
member area (login required).
9. The payment will be processed in 2 working days and then shipped.
10. Sit back and relax, the product should be in your hand in the next few days.
PAYMENT
Heim only offers one payment method for now; you should pay via bank transfer. Our team is
still working on the Credit Cart payment method. To secure the purchase, you have 24 hours
to complete the payment for the order to be processed.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been submitted to Heim, you will receive a confirmation email with your
receipt. You will receive another email once payment has been received. Please note:
Payments take 2 business days to process. Your order is then ready to be shipped.
CUSTOMIZED DELIVERY
We are more than happy to help you to add extra special touch when shipping our products to
the loved ones as gifts. Please email us right after you finished order.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Our shipping rates already included in the price. There is no need to add extra charge to for
shipping. Shipping rates are calculated directly from JNE.
Estimated shipping time:
Delivery within Indonesia takes approximately 2-3 working days or more, depending on
location.
We do not accept International Shipping for now. However if you wish to get your item
dispatched oversea, the shipping price will be on customer’s. Reach us at hello@weareheim.co
